RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All sales are final.  Any discrepancy in the order received must be reported within 5 days upon receipt of the goods.  Any returns must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods.  MySensualMystique only accepts return if there is a defect due to the manufacturing process.

*Please note: due to sanitary purposes, there are NO RETURNS on Novelty Items, opened package Panties, Stockings, Body Stockings, Cheeky Shorts, Teddies, Pants, Shorts, G-Strings, Thongs, Undergarments that cover intimate areas of the body.

Shipping is NOT REFUNDABLE.

If you received a damaged product and want to EXCHANGE it for an identical item, WE will pay the shipping.

We use drop shippers. We don't keep anything in stock. Consequently, each item in your order might need to be returned to a different warehouse. You MUST
e-mail us to let us know you are returning an item, at Info@MySensualMystique.com

Please include your name, address, phone number AND e-mail address in your e-mail. Once we get your returned items and form, we will refund your credit card. However, there can be NO REFUNDS after 10 days from purchase date.
