We don't make a dime on shipping. Shipping costs are determined by the shipper.
Shipping Information
We ship worldwide. However, outside the continental United States, there is an additional shipping charge of $21.00 (see shipping box at the top of the page). WE DO NOT SHIP TO U.S. embargo countries including Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, and Sudan.
There is no minimum order requirement. We ship our orders within 24 hours after the order is received. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays.

FedEx and/or UPS Delivery (Ground, 2nd Day and Overnight Service)
Packages are delivered Monday thru Friday only. Please note UPS and/or FedEx 2nd Day Service and UPS and/or FedEx Overnight Service is not available for PO Boxes, APO, FPO, AEO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. Saturday delivery is not available for UPS and/or FedEx 2nd Day Service and UPS and/or FedEx Overnight Service. To track your shipment, go to www.UPS.com or www.Fedex.com and put your tracking number in the "Tracking" box. |

Undeliverable Orders
Please note that if your package is returned to MSTS, Inc. due to the following reasons:
1. Refused by Recipient
2. Unclaimed
3. Invalid Address
4. Addressee Not Known
5. Insufficient Address
the order will be cancelled and subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Please note shipping charges and processing fees such as: discreet packaging, express service, and insurance are non-refundable. |
